This shop is highly recommended! Called with a leaking brake line on our RV, I was able to have it towed to them and they worked on it the same night and had it ready for me the next morning (today)! It's hard to find places that can squeeze you in especially when we were on a tight schedule with another trip coming up in 3 days! Thanks to John and the staff for getting us up and running!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I genuinely tried to give M & J the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple visits and repeated problems, I can no longer recommend them to anyone. We brought our 2015 Isuzu here for routine maintenance, including numerous oil changes. Every time, we were charged for chassis greasing, yet it appears the truck was never properly greased. As a result, the kingpins seized and required a repair that cost us over $3,000. The problems didn’t stop there. During our last oil change, they significantly overfilled the engine oil and tightened the oil drain plug far beyond the manufacturer’s torque specification. At the next oil change, the drain plug was rounded off because it had been overtightened so severely. These are not complicated repairs or advanced diagnostic issues—this is basic maintenance. If a shop cannot perform something as simple as an oil change correctly, it raises serious concerns about the quality of all their work. In our experience, this shop caused more damage to our truck than they prevented. The cost of fixing their mistakes far exceeded the cost of the maintenance we paid them to perform. Would not recommend took my company box truck to them to get brakes worked on then drove it for two days and one lug nut snapped off and three were loose and when I called them about it, they said they didn’t take the tires off to do brake service and They just reached around and loosen them up to get the air out. Call them to Tow the truck back and fix the issue and then they charge us another $1500 for their mistake. There’s more to list. Took pictures sending to dot wi. Edit Thank you for point out another issue I did bring it in for break work because the pedal was soft and ask to have the breaks checked. Which lead to the bleeding of the breaks but as you pointed out the rear tires were never off.

I cannot say enough good things about Jon and the entire team at M&J Truck and Auto Repair. I was dealing with a catastrophic engine failure and an extremely frustrating extended warranty situation. Even though I ultimately was not able to move forward with the repair, Jon went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He spent significant time diagnosing the vehicle, preparing detailed estimates, and communicating directly with the warranty company — even when their decisions kept changing and made little sense. His patience, honesty, and transparency were incredible. He kept me informed every step of the way and treated me with kindness and respect during a very stressful situation. It would have been easy for a shop to be short, dismissive, or pushy under these circumstances. Instead, Jon was compassionate, professional, and genuinely helpful — even knowing I might not be able to proceed with the repair. If you’re looking for an honest shop with excellent communication and integrity, M&J is it. I am deeply grateful for how they handled everything. M&J Truck & Auto Repair is a true diamond in the rough!! A couple months ago I needed some work done that was outside my husband’s skill set. While I was at a doctor’s appointment, he started looking for a mechanic. He did go to a few places and their pricing alone was gut wrenching compared to M&J Truck & Auto Repair!! Fast forward, I reached out to them for a serpentine belt replacement and to fix an engine mount bolt that had snapped when my husband tried to do the repair himself. Everything was done within the estimated time, no hassle at all, and they honestly went above and beyond what I expected (and I’m picky) Their flexibility is unbeatable. The hours alone are a huge plus. Each mechanic I dealt with was undeniably outstanding (I’m terrible with names) and they are very knowledgeable too! I was never once pressured into any “extra” work. They did what needed to be done, and I left completely satisfied. Jon is incredibly knowledgeable and treats both his employees and customers with respect and professionalism (with some sarcasm mixed in, which I appreciated).
